Terms & Conditions

Scope

Services provided with be agreed with you in writing. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

All reports, assessments, and documents provided, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. You may use them internally for compliance purposes but may not resell or distribute them without permission.

Liability

Services will be provided with reasonable skill, care, and diligence. However, no liability is accepted:

For losses arising from your failure to implement recommendations
For pre‑existing hazards or non‑compliance
Liability is limited to the value of the contract unless otherwise agreed

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The company holds public liability insurance to the sum of £5,000,000

Data Protection

All personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information will only be used for the purpose of delivering our services.

Fees & Payment Terms

Fees will be confirmed and agreed before work begins
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur an additional cost and further work will be put on stop until received
Travel costs & expenses will be agreed in advance where applicable

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information needed to complete assessments or reports
Ensure access to relevant sites, staff, and documentation
Inform us of any changes to your operations that may affect health and safety
Implement the recommendations we provide
Maintain compliance with all relevant UK health and safety legislation
